Solo

In my solo project, I explore the sonic possibilities of the contrabass and the coherence between sound and thought. Uncovering hidden layers of sound from the upright bass, I blend minimalistic themes, improvisation, and mesmerizing soundscapes to express individual and collective experiences related to transformation and memory.

In 2020, I released my solo debut album, Signals. The album was recorded at the Brønshøj Water Tower in Copenhagen, a building with a unique room ambience and a reverb time of approximately 13 seconds. The music is an ambiguous manifestation of existential considerations, expressed sonically through minimalistic themes and improvisations.
